Online regestration

Am enjoying communication facility with vodaphone since last 5 years. I had never registered my mobile number for any online registration. Today while going for register my mobile nymber 9825885511 for register for online payment / query, message appear " user already registered " even though i had never do so before.

Look in the matter on urgent basis and revert with solution with in two working days from today please.
