PF account closure cheque bounced

Dear Sir,

I had closed my PF account (Account# KN23486/842). The PF department Bangalore issued two cheques which was directly submitted in my ICICI Bank, Prabhadevi, Mumbai (Account# 005701513946) on 29/12.

Cheque Number 074393 issued on SBI Bank for amount 21, 634.00 has got bounced because of insufficient funds.

Cheque number 151323 issued on SBI Bank for amount 9, 950.00 has got cleared.

Please advice what I need to do with the cheque that has bounced and how can I claim the money.
