Phone always engaged & long delivery time

M/s Anand gas company, (South Janatha rd, Cochin) has given contact nos as 2337571, 2337590 and there is one IVRS no also.

But none of the number was not reachable even if you try from morning 8 am to evening 5pm in the last 20 days. Luckily we got the one of the number today and we booked the gas connection, but says that it will take 1 month for delivery.

While, we earlier had gas supply from M/s Super Gas, Edappally - the service was excellent and even during acute shortage time, we used to get the supply max 10 days.

We recently moved to this location and c/over to M/s Anand, but the service we experienced is very poor and there is no customer friendly approach.

Request suitable action may be initiated.
