About my PF Amount

I had transfered my pf amount (Rs-25682/-) from my pf account No- BR/ 5020/ 12767 to my new pf account No- DL/ 29632/ 365.And i had also received a letter from Patna pf office confirming the same. Recently when i withdrew my money i found that the pf amount from Patan pf office was not added into that.

Kindly do the needful to set the matter right.
