Non receipt of scooter booked

I booked my used scooter under way bill 495314 from Tirunelveli to Bhopal by Train 2641.

The train 2641 arrived Bhopal on 13.02.09 morning. But the train was received in Platform NO.3

instead of No.2, and hence the doors of the wagon could not be opened and the scooter unloaded.

The guard expressed his inability and train left Bhopl.

Please inform when I will get the scooter.
