File no: AHDM00132509 for processing the renewal of my daughter's passport. we submitted all the relevant papers on 26th Feb alongwith a Verification Certificate and requested the passport authorities to process the passport as soon as possible to enable my daughter to accompany her school team going to Singapore for an educational program. the senior authorities promised me that the new passport will be despatched on 27th February and will reach us on Saturday 28th February. Today Monday, 2nd March... i have still not received my daughter's passport.
