Extra Fare Charge

I travelled by bus from Tirupati to Tiraumala on 24.0.2009 at 6.40 am the ticket seller sitting in Sriniwasa complex has chrged me Rs. 187.00 in stead of Rs. 84 (3 and Half Ticket) When I contacted at Tirumala bus stand neither staff or conducter shown inability to under stand english and Hindi laguage so they did not care about the issue, on return I approached to the Srinivasa complex I found a gentleman and narrated the issue He also could not help as the person whoc charged extra amount was already left for the day. I need you to ensure the passengers should not be cheated, he should be financially punished.
