Delay in delivery of shares by sharekhan brokerage firm

I am a demat account holder with Sharekhan Limited. I had bought 21 shares of tata motors using my demat account on 24/03/09. Delivery of those shares was to happen on 02/04/09 as I was told by their customer care executives. But I haven't got the delivery yet & their customer care executives are saying that, now the delivery will take place on Monday 06/04/09 by 8'o clock in the evening.

I am feeling like I am loosing because of this as I was planning to sell those shares on 06/04/09 at the opening of market but Sharekhan Limited hasn't delivered the shares to my DP account. I am also planning to lodge the complaint to customer grievence cell of SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India)

Please help!!
