Net not working since two months

I am BSNL customer since more than one yr having landline no. 2400441 with internet facility. My internet is not working well since last two months, for which I have complained to Brahmpuri (Delhi Rd.) office many times. Every time I am sent back with promises to check the fault. But, nothing turned up till know, no body seems interested to solve the problem and I am the only one who is suffering financially as well as mentally.

Today on 25 April also, I met with the service incharge, storekeepers and line men making request to solve the problem. Store keeper returned me back saying that Modems are not available and this is OK because no modem of this category is reported faulty. On insisting, he told me to get it checked by another person.

This fellow checked it offline saying that link building will take time because signals come from via Shastri Nagar and you live in Madhav Puram. Anybody even non-technical layman can understand this attitude. Second, problem he told me that the phone (supplied by BSNL itself) also causes problem that too was beyond my skill to catch. Linemen expressed their inability to solve the problem because of too many phones on single pair. Also told me, there are many others too. This is disturbing me more because I my self is technical person.

So, should I keep on waiting for unlimited period for the mercy of BSNL staff to get my problem solved or should search for the alternative? Or, still there is some responsible officer to take care of this problem. Hope is still alive as – India is rising and shining. If it is so, who wants it to grow?
