Non receipt of cove

Dear Sir,

I sent by speedpost on 29.4.2009 vide receipt no. SPET213376175IN AT 11.37 AM 29.4.09 TO COIMBATORE TO SHRI M.K. MENON from t.nagar post office. I am informed even at 6.00 pm today 1.5.09 the post sent by speed post has not been received by Mr. Menon. I do not know how it works for even Coimbatore when it could reach the next day it has not reached on the third day also. Kindly inform me the position of the post. Thank you.
