Hang left party flag in our private area instead of objection

I am a resident of a Housing Society at Behala, Kolkata, West Bengal.

The CPIM hang several flag instead of our objection. Not on;y that they use our boundary wall to write their election words and draw pictures without our permission. The total area looks very ugly. Pl. do needful.
