Non Compliance of Transfer Orde

Inspite of ECI guidelines for transfer of District, Sub Division & Block Officials and other officials related with Election work who are in District for more than 3 years, many officials of Darjeeling District were not transferred. Infact 70% of officials of Darjeeling District are in home District / home Sub Division for more than decades. As there being no Panchyat Raj System and presently no DGHC, most of the officials District, Sub Divisional and Block Administrations are corrupt and are totally responsible for present Situation of Darjeeling District. Moreover. Apart from amassing huge wealth by corrupt means, these officials have ruined Darjeeling for decades. Even after the transfer order of Officals by respective Department, transfer order was not complied by District Officials in Darjeeling District.

I would like to request ECI to take strong action for non compliance of Transfer order.
