Fraud from TM-Winners

Sir,

I have also recived a msg from tm-winners on my cell on 29 April where mentioned that i won GBP-200, 000 gbp in 2009 (SHELL) INT'L Mobile Draw. For claim i need 2 contact mr james brone addressed as email ; agentjamesbrone@yahoo.co.uk... Ph no. 447031838427... Is this fraud? if it is please find a way to stop them.
