PAN card not delivered

Dear sir, Two pan cards application acknowledgement numbers 050770100283851 Thejaswi Meesala & 050770100283840 Vasudha Katragadda applied on 28 Jan were not received so far to the addressees. NSDL Income Tax PAN Services Ltd., informed us that the pan cards were delivered through expressit logistics world wide ltd couriers on 16-2-09 vide Bill No:2728253253 and another bill number not known. The said courier was not received so far. The postal address is properly mentioned in the applications. It is to inform you that your courier service was not avail in our city.
