Intermitant and poor broadcasting of Cable

I have shifted to this place one and half months before. Till today i am unable to see any movie or match in my TV due to this horrible broad cast of cable operator (Samrat Cable Beside Kalpataru residency Sion east Mumbai-22) In this 45 to 50 days i have called the operator at least 300 times. Either he will not lift or else give some lame excuses. Wasted a lot of time and money in this. Now planning to switch over to dish TV. If the service goes on like this, very soon you have to lock your office. If possible do something.
