Broadband Connection Not Available since 12 days

This is to inform that the Broadband (data1) Connection is not available since 12 days in my home. I have a UL750 plan and it is saying - "Error 676-The phone line is busy". I tried to reach out customer service thru 1504 and also thru 18004241600 but the problem is still not resolved. Not sure if this will work. It seems the whole month I just have to pay for no service being available - it's frustrating.
