Against LG DEALER AT PITAMPURA FOR NON COMMITMENT

I am a social activist and ex President of Pitampura Residenta Welfare Federation.

My son Akhil Khanna ordered 4 LG split A/Cs to the following authorised dealer of LG to be installed at his new flat at Sushant Lok I, Gurgaon at Kamaroon Court flat :

Mr. Vipin told my son at the time of ordering that at present only 4 split a/c of latest model are available. so we will install 4 new model and 1 old model at present and within a weeks time we will replace one split with new model on receipt.

the invoice no. is R032901 dt.13.5.2009.

It is regretted that inspite of repeated reminders to Vipin, they have not yet replaced the old model with new model.

I would request you to kindly register my consumer complaint and do the necessary action.
