Dell Executive did not full filled his promises

Hi,

I am Rajesh Kumar.

I have brought two DELL STUDIO 15 laptop from DELL and the deal was done through one of youe executive named SARATCHANDRA GODAVAR. While negotiating for the deal he promised to give me bluetooth mouse instead of normal with wire mouse, but the delivery was done without bluetooth mouse and when I asked him about the issue. He replied to me that he will look inot the matter and reply back and since i had mailed him thrice but he has not replied to any of them.

I feel like being cheated from Dell executive. Please look into the matter and come with solution as soon as possible.
