CALL DROPPING AND POOR NETWORK

My mob ph No is 9471889885, Danapur near Patna. I heard the BSNL services are best in the country, so took the connection recently. But I am most diappointed to see its performance and reception. On top of, call dropping in case of BSNL is most frequent. I never had such a worst experience of call dropping which is most annoying. I conved the problem of call dropping to Mr. Promod Kumar, who supposedly is the DGM, Patana region, dealing with the problem, but the problem is not attended, the reasons of which seem to b that BSNL is Govt. Undertaking and no authorities can do any thing to them, irrespective, whether they do their duties in any manner. Any Competent authority of BSNL if exists, may ask some one in the area to look into the problem please.
