No response for the entries done by the staff

My account no 216010100016816 for whcih i have given a cheque for rs 195000 whcih i got into my account and after that the bank people made transactions to my loan account into difrent accounts without my permission and for that when i asked them they are not even giving reply properly.

Insted of giving reply they r making transaction on voucher account without proper evidence. And the manager is also not co operating withe me when i went to complain the issue. i can give evidence for this that they have misused their right and made some illegal transaction without my notice/my moble no 09290189664.
