NON-DELIVERY OF REGD WITH A.D. LETTER

Sir,

I had sent a Regd. letter with A.D. to Secunderabad (A.P.) from C.B. Ganj Post Office, Bareilly-243 502 (U.P.) vide receipt no. B-418 on 27.07.2009. Till date, the said envelope has not been delivered to the addressee. The Secunderabad Post Office, has confirmed that it has not reached to them so far. I have lodged my complaint with the concerning C.B. Ganj Post Office on 6th August with a copy to Sr. Superintendent Posts, Bareilly. But exact status of the letter could not be traced out so far.

Kindly help me in locating whereabout of this envelope.
