Non acceptence of Voter Registration Form

I am trying to submit my voter registration since last 15 days but but after clicking of submit button on registration form error massage being shown that Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e14', Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression 'ac_no='./eci_mssql/registernew1.asp, line 219. Please direct the concerned authority to rectify the error forthwith.
