Not allowing other banks ATM cards in TNSC bank

Sir,

The TNSC Bank opposite to Korattur Police Station, Chennai is not allowing other bank ATMs to draw money from their ATM why this discrimination. Are they not governed by RBI rules. If they are governed then RBI has to take severe action against them for not allowing other bank ATMs card holders to draw money. They have restricted to their bank card holders only which causes hardship to the customers.

RBI to please intervene and do the needful.
