Speed Post not received

Sir,

I have been informed by PAN DEPT-KOLKATA (UTI TSL) that my PAN Card has been sent to my home address Guwahati by Speed Post on 18.09.2009 vide Bundle Id 69292-KOL-SPD-I, Despatch Id 46357193 and Consignment /UPC No. EW 423914577IN.

But unfortunately I have not received the above Speed Post till to day (24.09.2009).

Kindly look into the matter and ensure speed delivery.
