Non delivery of Speed post cove

I have booked a cover addressed to Sri K Rajarao, Deputy Training Officer Govt ITI Old Visakhapatnam - 530007 under Speed post at Post Office, LIC Buidings Hyderabad on 15/9 at 12.02 hrs.(Speed Post article No. EN417243237IN)

The cover is expected to be delivered within three days. But it has not been delivered to the individual even today by 5.00 PM.

As seen from the official website of India Post the cover has reached Post Office, Industrial Estate Branch, Visakhapatnam - 530007 on 22/9 at 11.16 AM.

But the Post office authities are denying the fact, when the addrssee approached them for the delivery of the cover.

Please investigate into the issue and do justice.
