Disconnection of digital tv

For the last two weeks I have been asking the company to disconnect their dth services but as of today they haven't bothered to respond or send a technician. I asked for the disconnection because my stb and view card nos have been leaked to someone who's harassing me day in and day out by flashing all kinds of numbers while I watch tv. Sometimes even disrupting signals/volume. This speaks of unethical practices by digital tv personnel and no proper monitoring process by the company management.

I wish their company management takes strong notice of this complaint and cleans up their act.
