I have no current in my house at Plot-5, Road-3, Sector-12, New Panvel (East) since 7 PM on 15th October till now. There was power in all nearby houses. As there is a frequent power cut in my area, we were not able to identify whether it was a powercut or failure.

I have experienced similar problem in the past also due to loose connection of the terminal hooked to the Mini Pillar busbar instead of providing a cable lug and firm bolting by MSEB.

Please do the needful and pass on necessary instructions to provide cable lug with bolting arrangement in the busbar in the Mini Pillar.
