Dear Sir,

I had sent a RLAD A 8506, counter no. 1, OP- code; 8 on 07/09/09 and paid Rs.30 for the services. So far I have not received any acknowledgement. After enquiring with the addressee it seems they have also not received any letter from me. The letter was addressed to the Deputy Registrar (admissions) Karnataka State Open University, Manasgangotri Mysore – 570006. This was an application for a course of the university. I have already remitted the fees and as per university rules the fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Also I will lose one year of my career. Please let me know the fate my letter. I am enclosing a copy of the receipt for the RLAD.
