Interference of unknown miscreants

I am submitting the following facts for your kind consideration for remedial measures. I am the owner of the Plot No.145, Srinivasa Nagar, Ullagaram Puzhithivakkam Panchayat, Madipakkam Village, Chennai.

I have prepared to erect the compound wall in my plot on 05.04.2010. Even before to the commencement of the work, some unknown miscreants suddenly have appeared and threatened to stop the work claiming that the site belongs to them. I was shocked and wish to state that I have neither sold the property nor mortgaged the property to anybody else, till date. It appears that they would have planned with an ulterior motive to grab the site over threatens. I am enclosing the copy of the entire documents for your perusal. I request your goodself to intervene in this matter and save my life from the unknown antisocial elements and provide necessary protection to complete the construction of a compound wall in my above site
