Monthly payment stopped, No feedback of any kind

Dear Sir,

I have invested rs 85000/=in aimlimouzine (india) ltd with assured return of 6055/=PM for three years. They have not yet issued any pdcs to me. They have paid me twice a cash for the first two months as initial payment and then just one chq. After these payments they have neither paid me any installment/s nor they had given any feedback on the payments to me.

Since payment was not made and there was no feedback, I went there to inquire about the same, and they had just said that they are closing and i will be getting my balance amount (total amount I paid minus the payment I received = balance amount), i.e., (Rs.85, 000 - Rs.18, 150 = Rs. 66, 835). Now, its half the April month past, and there is no response in connection with balance amount (without interest). They had promised me as "You will receive balance amt after 45 working days".

Now, when I tried to contact them on all the available phones, there was no response, Nobody was picking up the phone. So I visited their Dadar office which was closed and notice was displayed out side the office that this premises is no more rented to AIMS LIMOUZINE (INDIA) LTD.Do not make any inquiry. Then I went to Thana Office which is also closed.
