DELAY IN ISSUING PASSPORT

This is Dr. SIVA KUMAR, YEALL, residing in Khammam, Khammam district. I have applied for renewal of my passport on 22-2 along with enclosers as follows:

1. Color photographs with white background

2. Residence Certificate obtained from VRO of Khanapuram Haveli, Khammam, in Original and on one photocopy.

3.S.S.C.-Certificate in original and one color xerox copy

4.Total passport no: A3029478 photocopies

5.N.O.C. obtained from the Employer [The Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Ltd., H.O., Hyderabad]

6.Passport in Original No. A3029478

Police enquiry also completed and report was already sent to you vide ref. No: C.No. 63/PVC-SB/KMM; dated 10-4 - Sl. No.39/49. My ref. No: File Reference Number is: F007343-08.

Till date to my utter surprise, in your website[http://164.100.17.25/passmain.php? city=hyd] the status of my passport is showing as: "Police Report has not been received"! Please help me in getting my passport at the earliest.
