booked on 16/08/08 for17/08/08 to chennai

My pickup point was given KR PURAM.I was waiting from 22.45 to 1.30 am at KR PURAM, Right in front of your office no bus to Channai stopped in spite of handstop request made.

Finally return to Home at night 2amfailing to catch the booked bus or seek any information on that.

Also I Found thro my pick up agent that chennai bus trip code 1115bngchn reached at chennai with all passengers. This make me doubt that your bus filled my seat also at bangalore bus stand and not stopping at KR PURAM left me or negelected mt travel

Hope such cases are against the Reputation of KSRTC. Hence look in to the matter and advise me what should i do for travel denial and lose of amount in tune of RS 440= paid thro my credit card

hope you will take appropriate action.
