Not providing PAN card

Sir,

I beg to submit that I was an officer of Intelligence Bureau (Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India), I applied for PAN card in Agartala (Tripura) on 30.11.07 as coupon no. 022484217 later on internet by credit card of one friend I got deducted the requisite fee but due to technical error I could not received any no. for further correspondence. Later I applied at office (I.T.) in Delhi for change. I submitted house allotment paper (Govt. Quarters) and Identity Card of office (Govt. Job) as I had left Intelligence bureau and joined this department. The office at Delhi gave me acknowledgement bearing no. 704125860 (Printed) and no. 026988770 (hand written.) Through Internet I came to know that my acknowledgement no. is 881020201115224 and pan no. is AXIPK8879L. I had provided my mob. no. and e-mail add. but no response has been received yet.
