Wrong Deduction of Balance

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm Tanumoy Chanda from shyamnagar. 9804871584 this is my mobile no. last wednesday on 21/04 I've 37 rupees balance in my a/c but in that day the total balance was deducted. I had asked the customer peoples so many time but they didn't told me the exact reason. And the same thing has been happened yesterday on 27/04. Now this time I've 54 rupees balance & the hole balance was deducted once again.

Please do the needful.
