Complaint regarding Mobile towe

We are staying Bharani Residency flat 62 and 63 in Green Hamlet Kondapur, ShilapaII, Novotel star hotel Road.
Our neighbour flat 61 is given a lease to TATA to build mobile tower with out taking proper approvlas from neighbours.
We are very much concerned about High frequency radiation which will cause serious health issues for childerens and adults so kindly please look into this issue and take action on this.
