Sheer Harassment

My cell one number is 9433018258 and the due date of bill payment against this number was on 25th August which was paid well off before on 18th August at Alipur Post Office, which happens to be one of the many collection centers for bill payments as is mentioned at the back of the bill.

But I am shocked and surprised to find out that the outgoing call service from my number has been barred on and from 2/09/08 and the incoming calls has been barred too from 8/9/08.In spite of calling up the customer service desk several times nothing could be done to get rid of this harassment.

I would like to have an clarification for this.
