Mobile unlock and not opening problem

Dear Sir,
To unlock I have brought my mobile set ‘Samsung’ Duo model SCH W339 in Muzzafarpur ‘Electro Lab’ service center in which there was a problem of lock and the problem was handled by Mr Jawala Ji. The problem of lock for that time was solved but it worked only for 3 days. After 3 days it locked again but the problem of lock is not new one, every time it repeats and doesn’t function more than 2/3 days. Nobody is capable of its diagnosis and since there is no appropriate diagnosis, treatment is always incomplete. That is happening in my set for long time. I am using one TATA indicom CDMA rim in slot 1 and Airtel GSM sim in the second slot. One day it worked without disturbance but the second day I needed to recharge the battery so I switch off it and charged. When charging became full I switch on but there began problem. It starts to open displays ‘TATA’ and disappears itself and it repeats continuously until the battery works. This problem is also not new, such happened in the past many times. I am tired of the phone diagnosis and its treatment. What can I do? I have spent lots of money time and mental torture for a long time. I think to buy Samsung mobile is a curse; it is torture and waste of wealth, time and mental disorder. Plz reply me what do you suggest bring it again which will work only for 2/3 days again. Hoping your quick responses. Its warranty period passed away from Nov 20.
