I, Prem Kumar Agnihotri S/O Late Krishna Kumar Agnihotri resident of Lucknow regret to inform you that my name has been removed from voter list of Lucknow.

My home address is ES1/750, Sector A, Sitapur Road Yojna, Lucknow and voter I Card no. is FPP4601118.My wife's name is Renu Agnihotri & Voter I card no is FPP4601126.We both visited at poling booths at St. Antony's Inter college, Jankipram, Sector A, Near Ram Ram Bank chauraha, and booth at Engineering college (IET) and also a booth at Primary School, Paltan Chhavni but our names were not available in any list. Some neighbor's name were present in the concerned list but names of maximum neighbors were also not available in the list.

sir, Now we are having voter I card issued by the Election commission of India and citizen of india by birth but unable to cast our votes.

we request you for repoling at certain booths after correction of voter list.

please advice us for this incident.
