I had placed an order on rediffshopping on 10 aug 09 on indmart 2 GB IPOD style ultraslim 7 in 1 Video/Mp3/ Fm radioplayer order no .5537817. A parcel was delivered on 14 aug 09 with a defective piece and incomplete items by Aramex. A feed back given on rediffshopping but no complaint no generated. Soke to cus care on 21 Aug 09 and complaint not lodged. Request intimate action to be taken as vendor does not attend telecalls and rediffshopping does not reply.
