Undue bank charges debited without any singal intimation

I would like to mention that during employment with SBEC Sugar Limited, New Delhi, Company has opened corporate salary account no. 049010100195638 with zero balance facility at Axis Bank Limited, E-64, GK-I, New Delhi 110 048, but after change of employer, bank has converted my zero balance account into normal saving account without giving prior notice for maintaining minimum balance and levied Rs.2345.28 as a bank charges for non maintaining minimum quarterly avergae balance (Rs.750/- per quarter) without having any standing authority to bank.

I have approched bank in many times such as personal visit and corresopondence by e-mail to branch manager and letters, but no any action is being taken till today to ressolve the matter.
