i submitted my P F withdrawal request to company on 1 01 2009 and they informed me that they had submitted the request to your good office on 9 02 2009 (my P F NUMBER IS MH/2225/6352) but till date i have not received the amount credited to my account of axis bank (account number 027010100333979 account name k Krishna Prasad) So i request your good office to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest
