NON RECEIPT OF PF

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that I, Pijush Kumar Mukherjee, was the employee of M/S Indoco Remedies Ltd for the period (21/02/05 to 20/06/09). After resigning I have submitted PF withdrawal form to Indoco Remedies Ltd. But till date I have not received my Provident fund. When I have gone for the online status of my claim I have found that the claim has not received by your office.

So, Sir I request you to take the necessary action so that I will get my PF.

My PF account no - MH/2225/5347 AS PER THE STATEMENT I HAVE RECEIVED FOR THE YEAR 06.
