Non Installation of IGL Connection

I Have booked IGL gas connection vide BP No.4000115524 in the month of December'10 and also deposited money of Rs.6000/- but till dated no connection has been installed. In our block IGL has installed many connections. I have called up the contractor regarding this so many time but all is in vain. I have also lodged complaints at IGL customer care on 26th Sep and again on 7th November vide complaint no. PRJ201179877 but nothing has been done so far.

May I request the concerned authority to look into it and install the connection asap.
