Pipe line gas connection in home

I applied/ booked for the pipe line natural gas connection with Indraprastha Gas Ltd. in the month of February for my home, with the amount of Rs 5, 000 as security amount and the form cost of Rs 300. The amount has been debited from my account in the month of March. On number of times I made the complaint with their call centre number and on the given customer email ID but till date it has not been instaled and neither my amount with the interest has been refunded back nor I have been given the proper reply from the competent authorities.

If somebody is there who can take the appropriate action, then please let me know the same.
