Denial of Home Delivary of LPG Cylinde

Sir,

I am the consumer of your esteemed company. My consumer No. 603489 and SV No. 5102633. My distributor is "Indu Gas Service" his address - 12, Bank Market, Kasimpur Power House, Aligarh (U.P.). His lisence No. U.P.T.T No. AL-0273378 dt 27.10.04 and explosive No. -G/CC/UP/06/972.This distributor has denied me for delivary of LPG cylinder. His LPG godown is located at very remote place which is approximately 10 kms away from my home. He has also charged extra on the name of some services which were not provided to me at all. Services were Installation charge, Hot Plate inspection. He has also charged extra for refill for home delivary whereas, I myself collected the cylinders from godown itself. Please do the needfull. So that consumer should not face the similar difficulty.
