PF CLAIM NOT RECEIVED

Dear sir,

I already field a complaint towards the company earlier but to date I ve n't recd any reply.my complaint as follows.

My son named R.PRAKASH joined in INDU PROJECTS LIMITED on 2005 February. He is a PF member since April. I had been informed that my son R.PRAKASH died on January 6 the company gave us Rs.50000/-(fifty thousand) for the funeral expenses.

Since he is the only male member of my family. I applied for the PF claim & the Pension on 04.01.07 is PF No. is AT/HY/42774/421. Till date I have not received any information regarding the same.

Since I am uneducated. It is very difficult to pass my day to day life. After many attempts through phone and direct to the company it doesn't yield any fruitful result.
