House Possestion not given by company

I have purchased a house in the month of march by Rs 9.7 Lacs including all. As per their terms & conditions mutually agreed by us. At the time of booking I have demanded to give our booking paper photocopy but they denied to give the same. After completion of house they demanded Rs.40000 extra. I have denied to pay that amount, & in the month of nov I have registered the case in Consumer Forum Bhopal. Till date case has pending & I have not received our house. I have taken loan of Rs.800000 & paying instalment of Rs.10900 p/m.

I request you to help me & give my house.
