Yospeed vehicle complaint not repairing

Dear Sir,

I PurchasedYospeed on 5th May. I gave yospeed for repairing to Edappilly (Ernakulam-Kerala) Shop on 31st March (I running 15 km.of full charge on 31st March). They told, batteries are week. But they Could not repairing that vehicle till 3rd june. What will I do.?
