Full & Final Cheque bounced

Dear Sir,

I was invested 1.63 in Indus Group in Nov'2009 .Company assured return of Rs.11112/ P.M.

From Dec'2010 upto 5 years.

May '2010 cheque of Rs.11112 bounced, than the company change the bakers from ICICI to HSBC and cleared the same.after that In Aug '2010 the cheque was bounced twice.

The company called in Head office Nehru place and after discussion he give the full and final cheque of Rs.75460/- for the month of OCT'2010 against for closure the investment and keep the all cheque and aggrement.

But after that its cheque of full & final settlement bounced now in 17 th Oct'2010.

Than went to H.O but office was closed and no phone nos. was not working

I make the FIR in kalkaji-Newdelhi wide the nos.33B Dt 21/10.

Kindly give the guidence to further proceedings.
