Ignition coil damaged due to careless washing and drying

I got my wagonR 2005 a water service from indus service centre, Venpalavattom, Trivandrum. After a couple of days I felt jerking while second and further gears. Within one week things worsened and I went to the same service centre. Technician told me both ignition coil damaged due to careless washing. Fortunatily That particular technician thought that my car got washed from some other workshop. A told him that I got my car from the same Indus workshop. I told the workmanager about that but he told me to pay Rs 4000 and get it replaced. My only mistake is that I trust the Indus brand name and cheated by them. I am highly disappointed and dont know how to meet bullying Indus.
